Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize three inboxes (personal, work, shared investor inbox).
  • Proofread and edit all outgoing communications to improve clarity and accuracy.
  • Prepare and maintain agendas, collect participant notes, and track follow-ups.
  • Attend meetings as needed to capture action items and enforce accountability.
  • Research and implement tools for reviews, CRM, and process optimization.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Coordinator, or similar role supporting senior leadership.
  • Exceptional written communication skills – must be a stronger writer.
  • Tech‑comfortable and adaptable to evolving systems and tools.
  • Proven experience handling confidential information.
  • Proficiency with Notion, Slack, Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets), or similar task‑management platforms.
