Remote Volunteer People Operations Lead (Unpaid)

Hecho Por Nosotros is looking for a volunteer to build and run the People Operations function. This role focuses on organizing internal processes that support volunteers from onboarding to ongoing follow-up and care, aiming for improved collaboration and retention.
