The role holder is also responsible to validate the terms and conditions are met during implementation by the operation team. The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures.

Core Responsibilities:

Handle all Renovation & off-portfolio BEX enquiries from end to end.

Works under the guidance of the Manager – Service Sales to prepare the maintenance contracts, negotiate and finalize agreements with clients, based on established guidelines.
