About the Role
As the Rental Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the administrative functions of our Rentals operations. You’ll work closely with the Rental Operations Manager, providing vital support in financial management, inventory coordination, reporting, and sales administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate collection of rental receivables and support debtor management.
- Process supplier invoices and purchase orders accurately.
- Assist with capital expenditure requests and operational processes.
- Maintain SOP flows, unit prep instructions, and inventory documentation.
- Ensure equipment specifications align with site requirements.
- Manage battery and charger network records and inventory adjustments.
- Participate in management meetings and support national customer invoicing.
