Repairs Inspector

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Repairs Inspector to join our team. In this role, you will carry out inspections across the Group’s housing stock, both before and after repairs, maintenance and refurbishment works. You will work closely with Delivery Co-ordinators and Works Planners within the Delivery and Planning (R&M) Team to ensure all projects are planned, delivered and completed in line with the required specifications. You will also play a key role in assessing repair, maintenance and refurbishment needs across the organisation.

Please note that this is a field-based role covering the Yorkshire and Calderdale portfolio.
