Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Drive the overall financial strategy, planning, and business growth initiatives for the group. Partner with the Board and leadership to enable data-driven decision-making and strategic planning. Oversee group financial consolidation, MIS, budgeting, forecasting, and FP&A processes. Manage multi-country finance operations, ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards. Lead treasury, cash flow management, and fund-raising activities including banking relationships. Strengthen governance, internal controls, risk management, and audit frameworks. Lead and develop finance teams, fostering a high-performance and growth-oriented culture. Requirements Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification is highly desirable.
