Develop and execute a comprehensive sports sponsorship sales strategy to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets. Identify and pursue high-potential sponsorship opportunities across professional leagues, grassroots sports, fitness events, and athlete endorsements. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at corporate brands, agencies, and industry stakeholders. Lead end-to-end negotiation of sponsorship agreements, including rights, deliverables, branding exposure, and performance metrics. Collaborate with marketing, content, and event teams to design customized sponsorship packages that meet client KPIs. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, untapped opportunities, and benchmark pricing models. Present sponsorship proposals and ROI forecasts to prospects using data-driven insights and compelling storytelling.
