Job Summary
The research assistant (RA) will support the principal investigator (Dr Kristin Campbell) and research staff and trainees in the Cancer Exercise & Physiotherapy lab (CEPL) on exercise oncology research projects. The RA will assist with coordinating implementation projects including “” and the “” focused on behaviour change exercise programs for people with colorectal cancer In addition, the RA will support additional clinical research studies for people living with a cancer diagnosis. The RA will have a strong background in research methodology (qualitative and quantitative), data collection and data management as well as and at least an introductory understanding of exercise and/or behaviour change strategies. The RA will support other staff (research manager, RAs) and trainees that are working on projects to recruit subjects, collect and analyze data as well as assist with co-design and knowledge mobilization initiatives.
