Reservations Manager.

Our client, a high-end private brand property on Vancouver Island , BC, is searching for a Reservations Manager. As Reservations Manager, you will be creating rate plans, loading rates into the property management system and working with the Rooms Division Manager to boost occupancy and the average room rate. You will liaise with the General Manager and Sales team to ensure that on the day occupancy is maximized. Key responsibilities:•Maintain in-house reservation systems •Liaise with travel agents, the revenue manager and the rooms division manager •Find new revenue opportunities •Ensure that we are working with the best 3rd party vendors •Assist the sales team in setting their rates •Liaise with central reservations to communicate new rate plans and promotions •Forecasting revenue streams Qualifications: •Must be neat, professional and well groomed.•Previous hotel/resort Reservations experience. •Previous Revenue Management experience.•Excellent computer skills, including MS Excel. •...
