Tapley’s Neighbourhood Pub is one of Whistler’s most iconic venues. For decades it has been a gathering place for locals, visitors, sports fans, and community celebrations.
As the Restaurant General Manager, you are the architect of this venue’s performance.
This is not simply a management role, it is full business ownership within the Gibbons ecosystem. You are responsible for culture, profitability, programming, leadership development, and the complete guest journey.
