About the role
Elevate Global is partnering with Fanatics to support retail operations across FIFA World Cup 2026™ Fan Festival locations, and we're hiring Retail Supervisors to support on-site execution.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, outdoor-event environments and is comfortable working in an in-store retail environment. Supervisors play a hands-on role in supporting setup, daily operations, and breakdown, helping ensure a consistent, high-quality fan experience.
You'll work closely with the Retail Manager and on-site teams to execute plans, support staff, and maintain operational standards throughout the event lifecycle.
Locations
We are hiring Supervisor roles to support FIFA World Cup 2026 operations. Each role is assigned to one host city: Toronto, Vancouver
Each Supervisor role supports one designated Fan Festival location. Multi-city coverage is not expected.
