This role has a global scope, supporting projects across regions and countries, while also contributing to local or regional reward initiatives as needed.
The role partners closely with business leaders and People, Culture & Communications (PC&C) teams to deliver strategic, data-driven, and compliant reward solutions that align with organizational priorities and market practices.
