This role requires hands-on technical fluency with Microsoft 365 Copilot/Microsoft Chat and Copilot Studio and is not intended for generalist project management profiles. Qualifications Postsecondary education in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience. Strong communication skills to translate technical topics (security, privacy, identity, governance) into delivery decisions and user-facing guidance. Demonstrated judgement and accountability in a publicsector or similar environment. Knowledge and understanding of Project Managements Institutes Project Management Body of Knowledge. Knowledge and understanding of Information Management principles, concepts, policies and practices. Knowledge and understanding of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA) and related regulations and standards.
