What You’ll Do

As an RTR Jr. Lead you’ll prepare, analyze, and ensure data is accurate across all activities under the Retained Organization responsibility and will be involved in reviewing processes handled by our BPO located in India.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for the daily management of team activities, including serving as the technical leader for assigned area of responsibility.
• Conduct regular meetings that include issue discussions.
• Resolve issues as appropriate and escalate issues further as needed.
• Ensure department systems and procedures are in compliance with company policies.
• Seek and recommend process improvements for departmental procedures.
• Participate in and actively support the integration of new businesses into Shared Services Center.
• Ensure to follow the Corporate Closing Calendar and all task deadlines are reached with accuracy and quality expected.
