**About the Sales Representative position at Redial BPO!

We are looking for a Sales Representatives to provide excellent customer service and educate clients on the case providing effective information.

- _8:00 - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday (weekends off!)_
- _ 7:00 - 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday (weekends off!)_
**Responsibilities are**:
- Handling customer issues
- Providing information about services
- Handling Inbound and outbound calls.
- Communicating precisely with customers
- Receive transferred calls by other departments.
- Managing leads
- Negotiation skills

- Experience as a Sales Representative
