A Ghanaian-owned Animal Feed company located in Kumasi seeks the following dynamic and experienced professionals for its manufacturing operations: Sales and Marketing Manager

Duties and Responsibilities

• To lead national sales and marketing functions for the company, as well as direct international marketing efforts

• To demonstrate strong knowledge of aquaculture in Ghana, fish feed marketing, technical issues in aquaculture such as fish nutrition and fish health

• Should processes strong organizational, analytical, initiative and negotiation skills

• Be a strong oral communicator both in the English medium and diverse local dialect, and must be able to express himself in writing very clearly

• Must be a strong leader and problem solver who can multi-task and pay attention to detail and must be very comfortable making presentations before large groups of potential customers
