Job Description

Reporting to the Marketing and Customer Service Supervisor this role delivers executive support to the Commissioner and Departmental Management Team, coordinates departmental special projects, and offers operational back-up to the Sales and Service team.


Accountabilities: 


Executive Administration


  • Manages departmental communications and follow-up.




  • Serves as liaison between the Commissioner, senior management, Council, and Town departments.




  • Supports DMT meetings, including agendas, minutes, and action tracking.




  • Assists with annual business planning, budgeting, and rates/fees reviews.




  • Identifies and tracks grant opportunities and reporting.




  • Maintains departmental policies and confidential records.
