Job Description
Responsibilities
- Ensure installation follow‑up and provide after‑sales service (A/S) as needed.
- Manage customer orders, from entry to delivery and invoicing.
- Handle claims and warranty cases with suppliers.
- Coordinate technical interventions and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain clear communication between customers, suppliers, and the internal team.
Sales Development & Technical Support
- Develop and maintain a portfolio of farmers and livestock producers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Promote and sell Bugnot agricultural equipment and attachments.
- Participate in product demonstrations, trade shows, and technical days.
Marketing
- Develop and expand online marketing and social media presence.
- Represent the company at agricultural fairs and exhibitions.
- Identify new target markets and opportunities.
