Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Ensure installation follow‑up and provide after‑sales service (A/S) as needed.
  • Manage customer orders, from entry to delivery and invoicing.
  • Handle claims and warranty cases with suppliers.
  • Coordinate technical interventions and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain clear communication between customers, suppliers, and the internal team.

Sales Development & Technical Support

  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of farmers and livestock producers.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Promote and sell Bugnot agricultural equipment and attachments.
  • Participate in product demonstrations, trade shows, and technical days.

Marketing

  • Develop and expand online marketing and social media presence.
  • Represent the company at agricultural fairs and exhibitions.
  • Identify new target markets and opportunities.
