The Position

Vince, is seeking dynamic, customer-focused Full-Time Sales Associate to join our new retail concession shop within Harvey Nichols Knightsbridge. 

As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in driving sales and building meaningful relationships with our customers. We’re looking for high-energy, enthusiastic individuals with a passion for fashion and providing exceptional service. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to engage with customers, understand their needs, and offer tailored recommendations, ensuring they have a memorable shopping experience.

You will also be responsible for continuing client engagement beyond the initial transaction, capturing key customer information, and following up through phone, email, and written communication.
