Job Description
Role Summary:As aSales Executivebased inGuadalajarayou'll expand Hill's business by increasing sales, distribution, market share and Brand Recommended Most Often (BRMO).
You will achieve this by effectively managing and cultivating relationships with key customers—veterinary clinics and specialty pet retail stores—to ensure Hill's is recognized as their strategic partner of choice and to gain their full support for our growth initiatives.Responsibilities:Account Management:Manage and cover a dedicated customer base of veterinary clinics, hospitals, and pet storesSales & Market Growth:Drive net sales, volume, market share, and product endorsement by ensuring excellent execution of the 6 PsProduct Promotion:Merchandise Hill's products and implement commercial programs, including the Perfect Clinic/Store initiativeCustomer Education:Educate clinic staff and customers through product detailing and seminars on nutritional and economic valueStrategic Planning:Develop creative, data-dr...
