Job Description
This role will be responsible for promoting and selling the Trucking (LTL/FTL) services to potential clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients. You will work closely with the operations, transportation and logistics teams to ensure the smooth execution of client orders and maintain customer satisfaction.
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within the LTL and FTL trucking market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, and logistics decision-makers.
Assess customer shipping needs and recommend tailored solutions to optimize transportation efficiency and costs.
Negotiate rates, contracts, and service agreements with clients.
Prepare and submit proposals, quotes, and RFP responses.
