Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop new customers and new business initiatives to accomplish the company’s sales ambitions.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with key personnel at potential and existing clients, and act as the main Sales point of contact.
  • Create sales quotations that meet clients’ requirements.
  • Forecast, track, and report key metrics (e.g. quarterly forecasts and quarterly sales results).
  • Perform research, generate leads, follow up on incoming leads, and maintain a pipeline of potential new customers and new market opportunities.
  • Organize and lead Business Review Meetings with existing customers and Introduction Meetings with new customers.
  • Maintain close communication with internal teams and leverage capabilities to provide customers with a customer‑centric experience.
