Design and implement B2B sales initiatives focused on SMEs and major clients within the media, advertising, and digital industries. Oversee and expand a high-performing sales team while taking responsibility for revenue objectives and client portfolio growth. Provide coaching and guidance to team members in areas including client acquisition, consultative selling, and contract negotiation. Organize and facilitate internal training programs aimed at strengthening overall team performance and capabilities.
