Sales Operator (B2B Outbound)

We’re looking for a hands-on Sales Operator to support the daily sales execution of a fast-growing logistics tech company. This role is all about doing - reaching out, following up, organizing the pipeline, and helping move deals forward alongside the founder.

What You’ll Do

• Execute daily outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, and other channels)
• Identify and qualify potential clients
• Manage and maintain an active sales pipeline
• Book meetings and drive follow-ups consistently
• Support the founder with day-to-day sales activities (prep, scheduling, next steps)
• Keep CRM and tracking tools updated and organized
• Ensure no opportunities are lost due to lack of follow-up
