Sales Recruiter (Mitra)

We are looking for a proactive Recruiter (Mitra Based) to help us source and hire qualified sales candidates.

You will focus on sourcing, screening, interviewing, and submitting qualified candidates based on the project requirements.  Responsibilities      Source potential candidates through any job channels.

Screen and shortlist candidates according to the requirements.

Conduct initial interviews.

Submit potential candidates along with basic screening notes.

Requirements Proven experience as a recruiter (in-house or freelance).

Ability to source proactively using any recruitment platforms or databases.

Strong understanding of recruitment practices such as sourcing, screening, interviewing and assessing candidates.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.

Able to work remotely.
