The Role

We’re looking for a Sales Solutions Manager to bridge Sales and Product and help RoverPass win and grow strategic accounts. This is not a cold-calling or high-volume role. Instead, you’ll take a consultative sales approach: understanding customer needs, identifying gaps, and shaping solutions — even creating them with our Product and Engineering teams when needed.

Think of it this way: if a customer says, “I need an apple,” and RoverPass doesn’t sell apples yet, you’ll be the one who uncovers why they need it, coordinates internally to see how we can build or integrate it, and then explains to the customer how a...
