Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development (70%) - Lead the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing; generate and qualify leads; conduct meetings with key decision-makers; prepare and negotiate proposals; secure contracts to meet revenue targets.
  • Strategic Planning (20%) - Co-develop and refine market strategies; optimize sales tools and processes; adapt global initiatives for the local market.
  • Market Presence (10%) - Represent Fonroche at industry events and trade fairs; organize and participate in networking events; build relationships with key influencers; enhance company reputation in the Caribbean Region.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow existing client relationships.
  • Handle account operations, including customer service and forecasting.
  • Coordinate with headquarters for product ordering and service delivery.
  • Represent company at industry events.
