Sales Support Professional
We are looking for a Sales Support Professional to join our Sales team within the Freight Forwarding industry, providing key commercial and operational support to drive business growth and deliver an excellent customer experience.
Role Purpose: Provide commercial and administrative support to the Sales team, assisting with quotations, customer requests, sales follow‑up, and coordination with internal teams such as pricing, operations, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales team with daily administrative and commercial activities
- Prepare and follow up on freight quotations (air, ocean, and ground)
- Coordinate closely with Pricing, Operations, and Customer Service teams
