Responsibilities

• Design and implement sales and leadership training programs.
• Lead the rollout of the Sales Academy for new and existing sales teams.
• Coach and support Sales Leaders to improve execution and performance.
• Track training effectiveness, employee progress, and development initiatives.
• Identify best practices and promote a high-performance culture.
• Collaborate with local and regional stakeholders to drive commercial excellence initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or related fields.
• Master's degree or specialization is a plus.
