Job Summary

The Sales Training Senior Specialist is responsible for developing sales capabilities through effective training programs, coaching initiatives, and performance improvement strategies. This role designs and delivers sales training for internal teams and dealer networks, conducts Training Needs Analysis (TNA), evaluates learning effectiveness, and supports the achievement of business targets through capability development.

Key Responsibility

• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify sales competency gaps and training priorities.
• Design and deliver sales training programs for internal sales teams and dealer sales consultants.
