Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform. Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards. Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products. Be a productive member of the team. Requirements Lead and manage SAP Finance AMS operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery and adherence to SLA commitments. Drive incident and problem management activities, including resolution of critical finance-related P1/P2 issues, root cause analysis, and implementation of preventive actions. Oversee change and release management processes, including approvals for configuration changes, enhancements, and deployments. Ensure seamless integration between SAP Finance, MM, SD, and external systems such as MuleSoft and STIBO to support end-to-end business processes.
