Responsibilities
- Customer projects in SAP HCM on-premise components with a focus on Payroll Germany (PY-DE)
- Analyze customer situations and create process documents, conceptions, and blueprints
- System realization of customer requirements including customizing, schemas, and cycles in payroll accounting
- Support all project phases including conception, design, customizing, prototyping, and roll‑out of SAP HCM
- Take on partial project management in smaller teams on-site at customer locations
