SC Capabilities & Excellence Manager

Job Overview

This role leads capability building, process excellence, digitalization, analytics, and financial discipline across the end-to-end supply chain. The Manager translates strategy into scalable operating practices, drives standardization, and partners across Supply Chain, IT, Finance, Quality, and Commercial teams to enable a connected, data-driven, high-performing supply chain organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the supply chain capabilities and excellence roadmap aligned to business priorities, service goals, and functional transformation objectives.
• Lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives across demand planning, supply planning, procurement, manufacturing, inventory, warehousing, transportation, and customer fulfillment.
