Supervise the waterslide and surrounding areas to ensure the safety and supervision of all members and guests using the facility
Monitor rider spacing and enforce waterslide rules/safety procedures, ensuring slide is used safely
Communicate with lifeguards and Aquatics staff to ensure safe operations and respond quickly to any concerns or incidents
Assist with maintaining a clean and organized facility by completing maintenance tasks and upkeep of the slide and deck areas
Provide exceptional customer service to all members and guests by greeting members, assisting with booking check ins, answering questions and creating a positive and welcoming environment
Report any maintenance or safety issues to management immediately.
Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on safety practices and company policies.
