Senior Account Manager (Bogotá)

EyeCatch Networks, based in Miami, Florida, helps companies effectively manage in-store communications using digital screens across all their business locations from a central hub. We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to fill a role as Project Manager. This role is essential for successful project completion & implementation, meeting client expectations, and managing various aspects of the project (software integration included).

Responsibilities

• Receive and follow up on client requests.
• Ensure that the material provided by the client is complete and suitable for the final product.
• Generate internal processing of client requests (production, publication, technical support, commercial, development, etc.).
• Create reports (monthly publications, audience measurement, services rendered, surveys, etc.) according to the client profile.
