Senior Accountant - Trilingual (Bogotá)

Responsibilities

• Participate in the general accounting function, including inter‑company accounting, cash management/reconciliation, financial reporting, and financial analysis.
• Assist in closing monthly financial records for Brazil, partnering as needed to develop policies and procedures that ensure internal controls protect company assets.
• Conduct technical accounting GAAP research on various topics.
• Execute fixed asset routines, including depreciation calculations, classification of acquisitions and disposals, ensuring integration with the accounting system according to standards.
• Perform analyses and controls of the general ledger related to BRGAAP and USGAAP standards.
• Perform accounting integration of tax and payroll processes.
• Validate and design suggested changes to the general ledger system to ensure accounting requirements continue to be met.
