Senior Airfreight Customer Service / SOE (Sales Operations Executive)

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Airfreight Customer Service Executive with 510 years of freight forwarding experience to handle key customer accounts, manage quotations, and support sales operations. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing customer requirements, driving quotation strategies, and eventually taking on a full SOE role. Key Responsibilities Act as the main point of contact for key customers on airfreight inquiries Handle end-to-end quotation (RFQ, ad-hoc, project shipments) with competitive pricing strategy Liaise with airlines, co-loaders, and vendors to secure best rates and space Follow up on quotations and drive conversion to confirmed bookings Provide market insights (rates, capacity, peak season trends) to customers and internal team Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and accounts for smooth execution Support and work closely with Sales / SOE team on business development and account management Monitor sh...
