Senior BI & Data Integration Lead

We are looking for a highly autonomous Senior BI & Data Integration Lead to act as the technical right hand for a growing consulting team serving SMB clients. This role combines senior-level Power BI development, data integration, automation, and business analysis. You will work independently during the initial transition period, then help structure workflows, documentation, and mentoring practices for future junior data team members. The dashboards and reports you build will support executive and CEO-level decisions, so accuracy, structure, and analytical rigor are essential.

• Translate business briefs in English into clear technical plans, execution steps, and deliverables.
