Senior Brand Designer – IssuedInkCompensation

Starting salary: 5,000,000 COP per month during the initial 90-day probationary period.

Following a successful probationary review based on performance, creative quality, consistency, and overall contribution to the IssuedInk brand direction, compensation will increase to 6,500,000 COP per month.

Performance evaluations will consider:

• Design quality and aesthetic alignment
• Branding and campaign execution
• Reliability and communication
• Ability to maintain IssuedInk’s high-end urban visual identity
• Creative contribution and initiative

Full-time, in-office position based in Medellín, Colombia.
