Senior Brand Development & Innovation Manager

Brief Job Responsibilities :

• Plan and develop brand portfolio & innovation strategy from brand equity
• Create brand architecture through brand portfolio architecture development that aligned with development road map based on market potential analysis, product positioning & benefit, and product delivery through new product development, product innovation, product reformulation & repositioning, packaging rejuvenation, product line extension, pricing strategy, etc
• Initiate business development ( seeking license, technology acquisition, raw material ), clinical research & marketing research, collaborate with contract manufacturing, close coordination with R&D, manufacturing, market research and procurement
• Ensure sales target achievement and market share
• Manage and control budget support and profitability
