Senior Business Analyst SAP HR
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA HR, Time Management, Payroll, and Post-Payroll processes to support a large-scale regulatory transformation program related to eGov 3.0 and Belcotax 2.0.
Key responsibilities:
- Analyze current HR, Time Management, Payroll, and Post-Payroll processes (AS-IS)
- Identify impacts of regulatory changes on SAP HR processes and data flows
- Translate business and legal requirements into functional specifications
- Lead workshops with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders
- Coordinate SAP S/4HANA adaptations between business and technical teams
- Define and supervise testing strategies (functional, integration, UAT, data validation)
- Support change management, compliance, and production readiness
- Ensure alignment with Belgian social security and payroll regulations
