As the Senior Business Advanced Analytics Analyst, you will be an integral part of the Global Service and Repair - Insights team, focusing on developing, implementing, and managing data and analytics deliverables. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the team and stakeholders to create comprehensive, analytics-driven products in support of Service Delivery activities. Your responsibilities will include developing a strong understanding of how service and repair operations function end-to-end and becoming a trusted analytics partner to operational leaders.
