GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The Manager is responsible for overseeing local operational, administrative and compliance activities related to the offshore operations of Empresa confidencial in Colombia and Costa Rica, ensuring successful cost-effective, high quality resource capabilities. The role ensures that local entities operate in full compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal requirements, and that third‑party services supporting offshore teams are delivered efficiently and cost‑effectively. The position serves as the primary local point of accountability for administrative, legal, and operational matters, while functional management and workforce strategy remain centralized.
