What it’s like to be a Northbridge Senior Claims Adjuster in Subrogation

As a Senior Claims Adjuster on our National Subrogation team, you’ll play a critical role in the final stage of the claims lifecycle. Our team supports adjusters across Canada and is responsible for determining liability, pursuing recovery, and negotiating outcomes when our insured is not at fault. In this role, you’ll take ownership of complex, multi‑line commercial subrogation files and work closely with at‑fault insurers, legal partners, and internal claims teams.

This is a highly specialized position where you’ll lead litigation strategy, handle extensive documentation, and participate in mediations. You’ll also be joining a new, evolving team with national scope, offering a unique opportunity to influence processes, contribute to continuous improvement, and help shape the long‑term success of the department.
