In this role, you will:Drive the full recruitment lifecycle for portfolios within Canadian Banking and Tangerine, including intake sessions, candidate communication, interviews, assessments, offer management, negotiation, and salary/benefit exception discussions.
Support complex business lines by partnering with senior leaders, HRBPs, and hiring managers to understand needs and deliver effective hiring strategies.
Manage compensation negotiations with candidates and collaborate with Total Rewards as needed.
Own the end‑to‑end candidate experience, building strong relationships and acting as a trusted point of contact throughout the recruitment journey.
Advise hiring managers and senior leaders on candidate recommendations and hiring decisions, ensuring successful conversion to new hires.
