In this role, you will:

  • Drive the full recruitment lifecycle for portfolios within Canadian Banking and Tangerine, including intake sessions, candidate communication, interviews, assessments, offer management, negotiation, and salary/benefit exception discussions.




  • Support complex business lines by partnering with senior leaders, HRBPs, and hiring managers to understand needs and deliver effective hiring strategies.




  • Manage compensation negotiations with candidates and collaborate with Total Rewards as needed.




  • Own the end‑to‑end candidate experience, building strong relationships and acting as a trusted point of contact throughout the recruitment journey.




  • Advise hiring managers and senior leaders on candidate recommendations and hiring decisions, ensuring successful conversion to new hires.
