The Team

The Contracts and Compliance team, supports our Sales Floor, managing the businesses contractual agreements with clients, candidates, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Ensuring we meet all contractual and legal compliance requirements as we onboard and extend candidates / placements. Working as part of the wider Core Functions team of pro‑active, highly engaged and driven individuals, we exist to provide world class service to our clients, candidates and colleagues.

Role Impact

The Senior Contracts & Compliance Manager (EU) plays a dual role in:

Contracts: managing contractual agreements with clients, candidates, vendors, and internal stakeholders. You will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and ensuring compliance of all commercial agreements, while working closely with our in‑house Legal Team and external in‑country Legal partners.
