Key Responsibilities

• Independently plan, scope, and deliver database infrastructure projects and operational improvements end-to-end.
• Define and maintain standards, runbooks, and best practices for database administration across all supported platforms.
• Proactively identify and propose improvements to database management processes, tooling, and architecture.

Operations & Reliability

• Administer, monitor, and optimize production database environments across Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, and SAP HANA.
• Perform capacity planning, performance tuning, backup/recovery strategy, and high‑availability configuration.
• Manage database platforms on both Linux and Windows Server environments.
• Participate in incident response and root‑cause analysis for database‑related issues.
