Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform all aspects of the third-party Employee Experience payable function by matching purchase orders to invoices and entering the invoices into financial system(s) according to NielsenIQ’s policies.
- Oversee invoice processing, vendor payments, and expense tracking for SSC operations.
- Ensure accurate allocation of costs across HR SSC services and projects.
- Ensure adherence to corporate financial policies, internal controls, and audit requirements.
- Collaborate with HR SSC leadership and cross-functional teams (HR, IT, Procurement) to align financial strategies with business objectives.
