Senior HR Advisor – Generation Colombia (1-year Fixed Term/Remote)

Generation is a global nonprofit that believes employment can change lives. We support adults in achieving economic mobility by training and placing them into careers that are otherwise inaccessible, working with employers, governments, and system partners. We also produce research and insights to inform global workforce transitions. Founded in 2015, Generation includes a global hub (GYE) and affiliates in 17 countries, with 150,000+ graduates and 23,000+ employer partners across 50 professions.

91% of learners are unemployed when they join. Three months after completion, 78% are placed into jobs (88% within six months). Among employed graduates, 79% are hired by repeat employers, and 89% work in their trained field. Graduates earn 3–4x their prior income on average. Long-term, 77% meet daily financial needs and 63% can save. Graduates have earned over $1.9B globally and largely come from underrepresented communities.
