Job Description

Department: Human Resources Employment Type: Full time Work Arrangement: Onsite ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. HR GENERALIST FUNCTIONS Strategic planning and handling end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and exit formalities. Maintain and update employee records, HRMS, and ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.). Conduct regular audits to ensure documentation and policy adherence as per company and the government requirements Digitize HR processes including recruitment workflows, employee records, training programs, and performance tracking. Develop HR dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making. 2. ATTRITION CONTROL & RETENTION Analyze attrition trends and work with operations to design and implement retention strategies.
